So we ask you to please use our measuring chart guide and measure your pet before making a purchase. Your pets comfort is very important to us and we want your experience and your pet's experience to be a pleasurable one.

Apparel:
For the correct fit, you should measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. This measurement, in inches, will help you choose the size clothing for your dog.

Please buy the collars according to your dog's neck size, not the collar size.
To determine the proper collar size for your dog, measure around your dogs neck with a tape-measure . Find the exact measurement of your dogs neck with just enough room added as you feel is necessary for them to be comfortable. The collar that you purchase should fall into that size range. If the measurement is right on the edge of a size (13.5 for example) you should get the next size up, especially if the dog is young.
All Collars are adjustable in length to provide for a comfortable fit.
Pet Carriers:
When measuring your pet for pet carriers, please make sure your pet is standing up. You want to make sure your pet will have enough room to move around.
Your pet’s measurements are very important for safe, comfortable travel.
For a proper fit, carefully measure and weigh your pet.

Height: is from the floor to the shoulder.
