1) No purchase necessary to enter the Paw Prints Shop Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
2) Who Can Participate: Any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Only one registrant per household is accepted. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
3) Who Is Not Eligible To Participate: Employees and their immediate families (parents, brothers, sisters and children) of, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
4) How to Enter: To join Paw Prints Shop Pampered Pet Sweepstakes, take a a minute to complete the Registration Form. Only one registration per household is accepted; duplicate registrations for a household are eliminated.
5) Sweepstakes Dates: Paw Prints Shop Sweepstakes will begin on December 1, 2007. Subsequent Paw Prints Shop sweepstakes may be continued in the year 2008 and beyond. There may be a carry-over of sweepstakes entries from one sweepstakes period to the next, if there is not at least 30 entries per Sweepstakes. Paw Prints Shop.Com may conclude the sweepstakes program at any time.
6) Prizes: The winner of each Sweepstakes will be able to choose his/her size for any product that is being featured as the Prize giveaway from www.PawPrintsShop up to $100 from our In Stock Collection. The winner may not pick a custom or made-to-order piece at any time.
7) Prize Drawings: Winners will be selected at random by Paw Prints Shop.com based on entries obtained via our registration form. The prize drawing for the sweepstakes will be end by the end of that month and held by the 10th of the next month..
8) Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via e-mail within 48 hours of the prize drawing. Winners will be required to respond to the e-mail to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained from the winner in 3 days, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. Paw Prints Shop decisions about winners are final.
9) Limits of Liability: Paw Prints Shop.Com has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Paw Prints Shop.Com assumes no liability for lost or misdirected registration forms or survey submissions whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise. Paw Prints Shop.Com reserves the right to cancel the sweepstakes at any time if the Paw Prints Shop.Com website is infected by a virus, the website is hacked or the integrity of the sweepstakes is compromised in any way. Paw Prints Shop.Com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, or for failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Paw Prints Shop.Com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10) Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the sweepstakes is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.
11. Winner Publicity: Paw Prints Shop.Com may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide to show on www.pawprintsshop.com. However, Paw Prints Shop.Com stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to winners identity.
12. Disputes: Each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within Ohio; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ohio.
13. Winners List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Paw Prints Shop, Inc., 3323 E.Scarborough Rd. Cleveland Hts., Ohio 44118. Requests received after one month following the drawing date will not be fulfilled. The winners list will also be published online, by including the person's first name, last initial, city and state the person is from.
